One of the best features of Connections[Beta] is the ability to use mail-merged text message templates to reach out to individuals quickly and efficiently.
To access the templates, you need to open your Inbox and select someone you want to follow up with.
Click the “Text” button or click the Phone number on the survey details to select the template you want to use.
