If you changed the status of an Inbox item to “Open/Interested”, you will now find this person in the Contacts section.
Again, this is because you will reach out to this person past the initial 2-3 texts.
If all else fails and you still can’t find your person, you can use the global search at the top of the tool.
Pro Tip: If you’ve accidentally marked an Inbox item as “Unresponsive” or “Not Interested” and want to undo that, you can use the global search to find the person. (In the next course, we will show you another way to find them as well).
