Mail merge templates are only available on the Inbox and Contacts pages. We cannot use mail merge in our Mass Texts. Also, we get asked if we can automate the initial mail merge text and send out a bunch at once. The answer to that is no. There are technical limitations to sending that from a personal phone number. The only way to do it would be to send from a 5 digit short code (and they would have to be subscribed to a marketing list). Here’s where you’ll find your mail merge templates:
