The Inbox is where new people show up in Cru Connections. Once you’ve reached out to someone in the Inbox and they express a level of openness to you and/or Cru, it’s time to make them a Contact. You do this through a status change (details in lesson 3.0).
Once someone is marked as “Open/Interested”, Connections[Beta] makes that survey into a Contact. And again, this could be someone who can’t wait to show up to Bible study. It could also be someone not interested in spiritual things but open to coming to Cru social events. It’s just someone you want to keep pursuing.
