Relevant Inbox Hot Buttons
- Reassign- Reassigns Inbox item(s) to individual leaders for follow-up. (We went through this training here)
- Copy- Duplicates Inbox item(s) and allows Admins to assign the newly cloned survey to a different movement. (Example: The Cru SDSU team gets a bunch of surveys and asks a question about audience/ethnic focused communities. A survey response expresses interest in learning about a Latino focused community. But, we don’t know if the student wants to be involved in Destino or Cru (or both). The copy button allows both movements to start their own independent follow-up process.)
- Transfer- Changes ownership of Inbox item(s) from one movement to another movement. (Example: The Parent movement scenario described at the University of Oregon.)
