What is “okta” and why do I need to use it?
Cru uses okta to manage access to various digital apps and tools. Okta allows users to use one login credential to access multiple apps. Keeping Connections and the data inside it secure is a top priority! Okta is the best way for us to do this.
I don’t remember creating an account or I don’t remember my password.
To log in, use your Cru okta account username and password. Don’t remember your password? Don’t remember signing up for a Cru okta account? If either of those is true for you, click “Need help signing in?” and then “Forgot Password?” on the login screen. Then use the email address where you received the “Cru Welcomes You to Connections” email as your username. Follow the password reset instructions, and then try again.
