Connections Local Administrator Training<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

These trainings apply to the staff who will be managing things behind the scenes (i.e. movement affiliations, surveys, follow-up assignments, scheduling mass texts, and more). Students and volunteers don’t have access to the Connections Admin website. Similarly, not all Cru employees will have the ability to use the features described in the trainings below. Though all Cru staff can access the admin site (it’s a setting we can’t control), you must have Local Admin privileges to perform these tasks. If you run into permission issues, talk to your Movement Administrator (found on your welcome email) and they can work through it with you.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Connections Admin Basic<\/a><\/h4>
This training will show you an overview of the survey follow-up process including how to assign surveys for follow-up. It will also include training on some of the basic communication features available in Connections[Beta].<\/div>

Connections Advanced Admin<\/a><\/h4>

This training will show you how to make custom list views, navigate the Inbox for metro\/multiple movements, access dashboards & reports, manage movement affiliations, request user licenses, and change your infobase automated sync settings.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
