Transitions is a conference for international interns. It is designed to help with the transition to Cru full-time staff and the cross-cultural adjustments of re-entry to the US.

It’s a small gathering for those international interns who have been living overseas the last year or two. We know you are attending New Staff Orientation with the challenges of joining Cru full-time after your internship and the cross-cultural adjustments of re-entry to the US. During this three-day event, we will have both content and discussions about Transition, Re-entry, Understanding God’s work in your story, and Growing in Faith as you step out in this venture. We want to celebrate how God has already used you and been working in you. Plus we want to give you some tools for living by faith over the next months of your Ministry Partner Development.
