The Transitions Conference is a two and a half day conference for international interns and those moving from a different culture to the US, including national staff being hired in the US. It is designed to help with the transition to Cru full-time staff and the cross-cultural adjustments of re-entry\/entry to the US.<\/p>

It\u2019s a small gathering for those who have been living overseas the last year or two. We know you are attending New Staff Orientation and may already be navigating the challenges of transitioning to Cru-US full-time after your internship or time overseas. In fact, your time in the US so far may have already highlighted some needed cross-cultural adjustments.<\/p>

During this short event, we will have both content and discussions about Transition, Re-entry, Understanding God\u2019s work in your story, and Growing in Faith as you step out in this venture. Our aim is to celebrate how God has already used you and been working in you, and equip you with some tools for living by faith over the upcoming months of your Ministry Partner Development.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>
