Because your leader never contacted them (or at least didn’t note it in Connections).
After 6 days of a survey remaining uncontacted, they are returned to the Movement’s Unassigned Survey List. We want to ensure that everyone who wants information from Cru receives it. Now that the surveys are back in the Unassigned list, feel free to reassign them to any leader. (You can use the field “Previous Owner” to see who had the survey last)
After 4 days of a survey sitting in a leader’s Inbox in the “Uncontacted” status, the leader gets a notification that there are uncontacted people in their inbox.
