FAQ

Winter Conference is focused on connecting you to the heart of Jesus Christ–for you and for the world around you. Throughout the conference you’ll be encouraged by thoughtful teaching from God’s Word, musical worship and prayer experiences, breakout sessions to help you grow in your walk with Christ and equip you to share Christ with others, and deep time in community.

Yes, feel free to share this letter from Vicki Guinn, who serves as the National Director of Winter Conference, with them.

Please email us at winterconference@cru.org. We would be happy to serve you!

Yes, if you can only come to part of the conference you may pay a prorated cost. Exact pricing will be calculated when you register online or at the conference info desk. If you have questions you may email winterconference@cru.org.

No. If you live close by or have alternative housing, students can pay the commuter cost for the conference of $175 ($125 for SoCal, Design, and Orlando).

You don’t need to be currently enrolled as a student to attend; however, the conference is designed for young adults ages 18-24 and those who minister to this age group.

It is our desire that cost would not be something that prevents anyone from experiencing Winter Conference. Please ask your local Cru staff about scholarship opportunities that may be available.

Check out the promo tab on our website! You’ll find lots of social media resources to help you get the word out and invite others.

The registration cost covers your hotel for all nights of the conference and the cost of the conference itself. Food and parking are not included. Housing is generally four students per room, although for an additional cost you can select to have a room to  yourself or with fewer people if you would prefer.

You are more than welcome to room with your friends! Each hotel room has two beds and will house up to four people. Rooms and roommates are assigned during registration. To ensure your roommate preferences, you’ll need to go through registration together with your desired roommates. Otherwise, make sure that all of your desired roommates have paid in full prior to the conference (this allows each of you to go through registration on your own rather than as a group). If you have no roommate preferences, there will be a location on site where you will be able to find roommates.
