Marc Rutter has his Doctorate in Ministry and Master’s in Divinity from Reformed Theological Seminary …. He did his dissertation on “Leaders at Risk.” Marc worked with Dr. Henry Cloud on his case studies and is now asked to speak all over the world teaching leaders about “Red Flags” to pay attention to in your own leadership. He is passionate about growth and development and spends his time imparting all he knows to help young leaders thrive.
Marc has been on staff with Cru since 1978, and currently serves as the Leadership Development Director on the North American/Oceania Area Team and on the US Leadership Team, where he serves as US Director of Leadership Development and HR.
Marc previously served in the Campus Ministry on the National Team as the LD director for 6 years; before that he was the New Staff Training and LD director for 6 years and prior to that served in the Mid Atlantic Region as a local leader at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Marc is married to Patty and they have 4 children.
